Katsushika Hokusai 1760 – 1849 was an artist, wood block print artist and made the great wave of Kanagawa in 1830 Japan  It is instantly recognised as the wave. Hokusai was famous in Japan and Europe where he influenced the impressionist movement. This is a limited edition of a 3d model of the wave and allows you to experience the masterpiece in a new way. It s made from biodegradable corn starch derivatives it will not biodegrade in a compost heap it needs higher temperature.  However this is a work of art and can be given as a gift at any time in the future.  It measures L152mm H 95mm Depth 47mm. Colour Purple.
